Challenge: The project aimed to create a takeaway-only restaurant specializing in sandwiches and shawarma, with a strong focus on quality and freshly prepared bread. With no dine-in experience, the main challenge was to build a compelling brand identity and packaging system that enhances customer experience, communicates quality, and stands out in a competitive fast-food market while remaining affordable and practical for daily use. Solution: We developed a complete brand identity starting with Arabic-focused naming, supported by flexible Arabic and English logo applications. The visual system was designed to be clean and recognizable, using a limited color palette of one to two colors to ensure clarity and cost efficiency. Packaging solutions were customized for takeaway operations, including shawarma and sandwich wrappers, bags, gathering boxes, cups, juice boxes, stickers, and uniforms. All items were designed using materials that are readily available in the local market, with innovative yet practical approaches to gathering boxes for larger orders. Results: The final brand delivered a clear, quality-driven takeaway experience that compensates for the absence of seating. The cohesive identity and functional packaging elevated brand perception, improved customer convenience, and created a memorable presence in Yanbu’s fast-food scene supporting efficient operations and scalable future growth.
